Range of sequence length: 1 to 16
Range of each value: 0 or 2
Default: 0,2
If RV Index Configuration is set to Auto, then the RV Index Sequence setting is active. Otherwise, it is read-only.
If the parameter Retrans in the UL-SCH Tx sequence window is set to On, then the next RV Index in the RV Index Sequence is used for the RV Index of the UL-SCH transmission in the same subframe.

Range: 0 to 159
Step: 15 kHz subcarrier spacing: 1 (1 ms)
3.75 kHz subcarrier spacing: Even number (2 ms step)

When this setting is set to Off, the resource elements in SC-FDMA symbols overlapped with a symbol configured with SRS according to SRS Subframe Configuration shall be counted in the NPUSCH mapping. But these resource elements are not used for transmission of the NPUSCH.
When this setting is set to On, all NB-IoT symbols for NPUSCH are transmitted.
